BoxStream provides technical software subscription solutions and consultancy to facilitate access to media streams via compatible third-party applications. The user remains entirely responsible for downloading, configuring, and operating TV applications on their own devices.

To enjoy optimal image quality in HD or 4K, the user must have a stable internet connection with at least 25-30 Mbps of real speed. BoxStream cannot be held responsible for buffering or freezes caused by weak local Wi-Fi, temporary or permanent speed throttling by your Internet Service Provider (ISP), or international audience peaks during major live sports events.
Each annual subscription remains active for 365 days. Our background system sends email and WhatsApp notifications prior to expiration to guide you through renewal and prevent automated line disconnection.
